Adventure Show Asia kicked off their event today in Mid Valley Megamall's exhibition centre with a rock climbing wall as it's centre piece of attraction. The rock climbing is also the main event which will carry on for three days starting today.
The event is open for public and enthusiasts alike. Registration booth can be found at the entrance of the exhibition centre, while other extreme sports equipment and exhibition can also be found at the same venue.
The three day event aims to promote extreme sports that can be found in Malaysia, for locals and foreigners alike. Many locals are unaware of the potential and capabilities of Malaysian terrain. Spend some time visiting Mid Valley as you rediscover Malaysia in a way few have experienced.

The dawn of economic climate we are experiencing isn't something that we should ignore. Sooner or later, we are all getting affected by it. Last month we created a poll for readers and the public, to vote for cinema ticket prices they are willing to pay before it's too ridiculous should the price increase.
Here are the results:
73% of movie-goers voted RM14 the best price for a ticket they would pay if prices were to increase,
12% of them thought it would still be okay to buy a ticket to the cinemas at RM16,
7% thought that for some reason it's okay to spill a little more for a ticket worth RM20
4% of movie goers think it's still acceptable to catch their favorite actors on the big screen for RM18, and...
4% of who are willing to pay for a ticket worth RM25
After completing its final phase, we are at the end of 2008. It's now time to finish the chapter and move on to the next. But before we do, let's finish with a bang!
