Men's Health Malaysia have selected 20 participants who have vowed to challenge themselves to emerge as the best person they can be. They have gone through a fitness module as their first test, which they fared pretty well judged by the trainers at Celebrity Fitness. Here, they open up to us on how they personally think of it.
