WORKING YOUR LUMBAR - Known simply as 'The Scorpion' this equipment-free workout is great for hitting your lower back which is worn out from a day's of sitting at the office chair. A quick workout to iron out the knots.

HELP YOUR LOWER BACK - With the 'Flutter Kick', you'll be working your glutes and lower back simultaneously, giving those muscles a workout and releasing the tension from lumbar.
GET AN EVEN STONGER CORE - The 'Horizontal March' helps you stabilize your core. Make sure you keep your form as your legs do the marching. Try the variation also for a different and equally effective workout.
DE-STRESS YOUR ENTIRE BACK - From the base of your skull to your tailbone, this exercise ensures your back gets some workout time after a day of slouching at the desk.

Men's Health Malaysia's Refine & Define challenge is already under way and all participants have already started their quest to further better themselves as men. Here's what they have done for their first challenge in their journey to be the best; the challenge of breaking out of their shell, physically.
It's almost the end of the first quarter and we're moving into third gear! For the month of March, Men's Health Malaysia had the opportunity to sit down and interview the ever-bubbly Denise Keller of MTV fame. She's currently working on a documentary for the Discovery Travel and Living channel entitled Passage To Malaysia. We caught up with her on her break and chatted her up a bit.
Every year Men's Health organizes a challenge for readers to participate in order to improve themselves. It's just like how everybody feels when they read the magazine; you want to look good, feel good and let that feeling last. Kiehl's launched their second store in 1 Utama Shopping Centre recently and in conjunction with World AIDS Day, the grooming brand partnered with the Malaysian AIDS Foundation to help those afflicted with the disease. To further raise awareness on AIDS, a commitment quilt made by top fashion designers from the Malaysian Official Designers' Association (MODA) was presented.
Present at the launch was Datuk Zaman Khan, Vice President of the Malaysian AIDS Foundation. Watch the video!
