Eating fat may help burn off your belly, says a new French study. When obese people ate a high-fat meal before a 45-minute cardio workout, they broke down more body fat than people who fasted. The scientists believe fatty acids released into your blood after digestion mix with exercise-related hormones to kickstart your metabolism. A long-term study is being planned.
