Porsche Cayman S
Sime Darby Auto Performance, the official importer of Porsche vehicles in Malaysia launched the new Cayman and Cayman S recently. According to Porsche, the 3rd generation Cayman has completely been redeveloped with the car sitting lower and wider, lighter by 30kg and added horsepower than the previous generation Cayman.
The new Cayman is equipped with a 2.7-litre flat six engine churning out 275HP and a maximum torque of 290Nm, bringing the car from rest to 100 in 5.4 seconds and will go all the way to a top speed of 264km/h.
The more powerful and faster Cayman S boasts a 3.4-litre flat six engine producing 325HP and a maximum torque of 370Nm. 0-100 takes 4.7 seconds (when equipped with the Sports Chrono package).
Standard options on both models include tire pressure monitoring system, Xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Lighting system, park assist for front and rear, Power Steering Plus and the Sound Package Plus with 9 total speakers.
