Your brain may be the key to reducing your risk of anterior cruciate ligament injury, say University of Michigan scientists. Virtual-reality drills and reaction-time training can train the brain to be more prepared for the randomness of sports, says study author Scott McLean PhD. These simulations are used for high-risk jobs, he says, “So why not for sports?”
