Her tease is your test: Women play “hard to get” not only to boost their sex appeal but also to assess your level of commitment, a new study in the European Journal of Personality reveals. They want to know if you’re in it for more than casual sex, says study author Peter K. Jonason, PhD. The more you show your willingness to accept the challenges of the chase, the more likely she is to think you’re seeking a serious relationship.
