Pita chips can be quite boring. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. Make it more exciting. It doesn’t take very long, trust us.
Smoky lime pita chips
Slice two large whole-grain pitas into triangles and toss in a bowl with 1 Tbsp olive oil, the zest and juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and ½ tsp salt. Bake on a baking sheet at 180°C for 20 minutes, tossing once. Voila!
