Here’s more proof that yolks are good for you: A new study shows that
you can benefit all day from eating eggs at breakfast.
University of Connecticut researchers found that men who ate eggs as their first meal took in fewer calories over 24 hours than those who ate bagels. The reason? Protein is more sati­ating than carbs, say the scientists.
